So my guitar virtuoso cousin and I wanted to see how easily we could record a track together even though we are 400 miles apart. Anyway, we had a lot of fun passing the file back and forth, so check it out if you have a moment! 

He plays guitar and bass on this, and I cover the mandolin, percussion, harmonica, and, quite unfortunately, vocals. (Are you a vocalist? We coulda used one of those) It’s originally written by Justin Townes Earle, but we did sort of our own take on it.

Who’s ready for Euro 2012?

Best thing about rain is seeing the San Gabriel’s the morning after on my way to work. iPhone pics don’t really do justice to how much larger they seem viewed with the naked eye or a better camera, but oh well!
